1/3 de taza de azúcar
1 trozo de jengibre fresco de unos 5 cm, pelado y cortado en rodajas finas
1/4 de cucharadita de canela molida
1/4 de cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/2 taza de café expresso caliente
1 taza de leche caliente o leche de soja
Nata montada (opcional)
En una cacerola pequeña, mezcla el agua, el azúcar, la canela, el jengibre y la vainilla.
Lleva a ebullición, removiendo hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.
Reduce el fuego y cuece a fuego lento 15-20 minutos.
Añadelo a una taza con el expresso y pon 1/4 de taza del sirope de jangibre que acabas de hacer.
Completa con leche caliente.
